Meow Dubai is an independent community cat-care initiative and is not a registered charity. We do not conduct public fundraising or collect charitable donations. All support arrangements must comply with applicable UAE laws and approvals.

Meow Dubai does not provide emergency veterinary services. For life-threatening situations, contact a veterinary clinic directly.

• We collect only the information needed to process enquiries, applications and support.
• Emirates ID numbers, exact addresses and personal contact details are never published.
• Data is stored securely and only retained for as long as needed for the purpose collected.
• You may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@meowdubai.example.

• This website provides information and application forms only.
• All cat information is provided in good faith and may change without notice.
• Users must not misuse forms, submit false reports or harass volunteers.
• External supplier and clinic links are placeholders until approved partners are confirmed.

• Adoption is a long-term commitment.
• Cats must not be abandoned, resold or transferred without consultation.
• Final placement is subject to screening and suitability.
• Adopters are responsible for food, veterinary care and relocation expenses.

• Fostering is temporary and does not guarantee adoption rights.
• A home assessment is required before placement.
• Fosters must follow guidance on feeding, medication and safety.
• Meow Dubai coordinates supplies and clinic visits; fosters provide daily care.

• Cats should be kept indoors or in a securely enclosed space.
• Routine veterinary care, sterilisation and vaccination are encouraged.
• Feeding should not attract pests or create conflict with neighbours.
• Community cats are supported humanely and without relocation unless necessary.

• Product purchases are fulfilled by approved suppliers, not by Meow Dubai.
• Refunds, exchanges and delivery issues are handled by the supplier's own policy.
• Meow Dubai does not collect or hold product payments.

• Be kind to volunteers, adopters and fellow supporters.
• Do not share exact locations, foster addresses or private contact details.
• Report concerns privately rather than publicly.
